本隐私政策说明大咖秀短剧（英文原名 “Big Shot” Short Dramas，即““Big Shot” Short Dramas”“公司”“我们”或“我们的”）如何收集、使用、披露及以其他方式处理个人信息（定义见下文），该等处理与我们链接至本隐私政策的网站、应用程序和服务，以及我们拥有和运营的其他链接至本隐私政策的网站和应用程序相关，并与相关内容、应用程序、平台、服务、产品及在我们的服务上或通过我们的服务提供的其他功能（统称“服务”）相关。

在您选择联系我们时，我们可能需要额外信息以完成请求或回复询问。如果询问或请求的范围和/或我们需要的个人信息超出本隐私政策的范围，我们可能向您提供额外的隐私相关信息。在这种情况下，该额外隐私政策将约束我们当时如何处理所提供的信息。

您应当知悉，当您退出接收个性化广告和/或基于兴趣的广告时，这并不意味着您将不再看到来自我们或出现在我们服务上的广告。对于任何第三方退出选项或计划的有效性或合规性，或对其就自身计划所作陈述的准确性，我们概不负责。

6. 投诉

您可以通过联系 dakaxiu70@gmail.com 向我们提出隐私投诉。我们将在合理时间内回复您，确认收到您的投诉，并告知我们将处理您投诉的后续步骤。如果您对投诉已获解决不满意，可以要求我们提供与您的投诉相关的当地主管机构的联系信息。

7. 儿童个人信息

我们的服务并非面向适用司法管辖区内未达成年年龄的儿童，我们也不打算或不会在知情的情况下收集或索取此类儿童的个人信息。如果个人未达适用司法管辖区的成年年龄，其不应使用我们的服务，也不应直接或以其他方式向我们提供任何个人信息。如果适用司法管辖区内未达成年年龄的儿童向我们提供了个人信息，我们鼓励该儿童的父母或监护人联系我们，要求我们从系统中删除该个人信息。如果我们得知我们收集的任何个人信息是由适用司法管辖区内未达成年年龄的儿童提供的，我们将及时删除该个人信息。

本隱私政策說明「大咖秀短劇」（英文原名 “Big Shot” Short Dramas，以下稱「大咖秀短劇」、「本公司」、「我們」或「我們的」）如何就我們的網站、應用程式與服務，以及我們所擁有並經營、且連結至本隱私政策的其他網站與應用程式，以及透過我們的服務所提供或經由我們的服務提供的相關內容、應用程式、平台、服務、產品及其他功能（統稱「服務」），蒐集、使用、揭露及以其他方式處理個人資料（定義如下）。

自動蒐集的個人資料

• 履行您提供個人資料的任何其他目的；以及
• 用於任何其他合法目的，或您所同意的任何其他目的。

當您選擇聯絡我們時，我們可能需要額外資訊以完成該請求或回覆詢問。若詢問或請求的範圍及／或我們所需的個人資料超出本隱私政策範圍，我們可能向您提供額外的隱私相關資訊。在該情況下，該額外的隱私政策將規範我們如何處理當時所提供的資訊。

• SMS 簡訊。您可以隨時退出接收 SMS 簡訊。然而，取消訂閱簡訊並不會讓您停止接收大咖秀短劇直接與您使用服務相關的 SMS 訊息，例如帳戶登入（例如我們可能會傳送安全驗證碼給您）。如要取消訂閱 SMS 訊息，您可以回覆任何一則我們傳送的簡訊 STOP。如需更多資訊，請參閱我們的服務條款。
• 我們服務上的個人化廣告：如要退出接收我們服務上的個人化廣告，請參閱您使用者偏好設定中心內的相關切換開關。

您應了解，當您退出接收個人化及／或興趣導向廣告時，這並不表示您將不再看到來自我們或我們服務上的廣告。我們不對任何第三方的退出選項或計畫之有效性或合規性，或其有關其計畫之陳述的準確性負責。

6. 申訴

7. 兒童的個人資料

我們的服務並非以適用司法管轄區內未達成年年齡的兒童為對象，我們亦無意或不會在知情情況下向該等兒童收集或索取個人資料。如果個人未達適用司法管轄區的成年年齡，其不應使用我們的服務，或以其他方式直接或透過其他途徑向我們提供任何個人資料。如果適用司法管轄區內未達成年年齡的兒童已向我們提供個人資料，我們鼓勵該兒童的家長或監護人與我們聯絡，要求我們將該個人資料從我們的系統中移除。如果我們得知我們所收集的任何個人資料是由適用司法管轄區內未達成年年齡的兒童所提供，我們將立即刪除該個人資料。
